Electricity bills have skyrocketed over the past few years and you’d be forgiven if you are confused as to why exactly. Some common areas of confusion and frustration are; why does my electricity cost so much, how much is the carbon tax going to impact prices, are there many choices when selecting electricity and how many people actually switch suppliers? We decided to address these issues in a concise, visual manner. That’s right, we created an infographic. We have included data from the final IPART Report “Changes in regulated electricity retail prices from 1 July 2012″ released 13 June 2012.
