This Privacy Policy explains the types of Personal Information Bundl.com.au Pty Ltd (Bundl) may collect from you and what we may do with it.

why does Bundl collect information from you?

Bundl needs your personal information so we can provide you with quotes for products and services. If you decide to proceed with purchasing these products and services, we will then provide your personal information to the appropriate supplier of these products and services.

Bundl also uses the information to maintain and improve our customer service, comply with the requirements set by our service providers, comply with our legal obligations and advise you of any other products and/or services we believe you may be interested in.

no obligation

You are under no obligation to provide us with your personal information. However, without your personal information we may not be able to provide you with the products and/or services you are applying for.

what information may bundl collect from you?

We collect information from you when you apply to obtain a quote for products and services and collect further information if you decide to proceed with purchasing the products and/or services.

The personal information we may collect includes:

• Contact details, such as full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact numbers;
• Identification details, such as your drivers licence number or Medicare card number;
• Registration and login details include name, email address and password of your choice;
• Information about your activities, including but not limited to the utility, telecommunication and other services you have or may be interested in; and
• Social networking details about you and your friends that use bundl, from any social network you have connected from.

how will Bundl use your personal information?

Bundl uses your personal information to provide quotes for products and services to you. We may also use or disclose your personal information to our participating service providers, payment systems operators and financial institutions and organizations authorized by bundl to conduct promotional, research or marketing activities.

We value your right to privacy and except as otherwise stated in this Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes the Personal Information we collect from you with third parties.

email

Bundl may request your email address for inclusion into our mailing list which will allow bundl and our affiliated companies to provide you with updates or information about their products and services. We provide you with a link in the email correspondence that allows you to remove your email address from our mailing list.

If you send an email to us, or fill out our “Feedback” form through the bundl website, we will collect your email address and the content of your email, including attached files, and any other information you provide to us.

If you connect through a social networking service, we may use and display your name and email address. For example, when you invite your Facebook friends to use the Bundl service.

We may also use your email address to contact you if your friends have supplied us with your email address, or where you have registered to receive notifications from a social network or other website you have registered to receive such notifications.

credit card details

You may need to enter your credit card details into the Bundl Site if you purchase certain products that require upfront payment. We use a secure third party payment gateway provided by an Australian based company called Merchant Warrior. Merchant Warrior is Level 1 PCI compliant, which your credit card details will always be kept secure. Bundl never has access to your credit card details.

cookies and other information collected via technology

Bundl collects information via technology to better serve you. We may passively collect information as you use the Bundl website, including your internet protocol address, browser type and operating system. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies to provide you with an easier, more interactive experience. Cookies are also used to provide statistical information about your visit to the bundl site so that we can aggregate the results and make our website better for you. Cookies may also be used in remarketing our service to you. This involves placing a cookie on your computer and using our web advertising networks to market relevant advertisements to you.

You can set your internet browser so that it does not accept cookies (see your browser’s “Help” documentation). However, some features of the Bundl website may not function properly and you may not be able to use our service if you do not allow cookies.

anonymous records

Bundl may also create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by removing information (eg, your name) that would otherwise make the Anonymous Information personally identifiable to you. We aggregate this information and use it as part of our statistical analysis when analyzing patterns of use of the Bundl website. Whilst this is the primary purpose of creating Anonymous Information, this Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of any Anonymous Information in any way and we may use and disclose this information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.

other people viewing your information

You may choose to share some information to other users whilst using the Bundl service. This includes sharing your profile name, comments and services you have purchased (or “Bundl’d”) through us. This information may be shared with other people through mediums including, but not limited to, social media networks. Sharing this information is at your discretion, and if you choose to do so, you need to be aware that this information may then become publicly available and potentially collected and used by others outside of Bundl. Bundl cannot protect information you share with the public and we recommend you use caution when determining what information you decide to share with the public.

accessing and correcting personal information

You can request to obtain access to the Personal Information Bundl has collected about you at any time, and unless we are under a legal obligation to the contrary, we will provide you with this Personal Information. We may charge an administration fee to cover our costs, but you will be notified of any fee prior to proceeding with your request.

Bundl aims to ensure that all Personal Information collected, used or disclosed about you is accurate and up to date. If you believe your Personal Information is not accurate or up to date, please contact us and we will make the necessary changes.

information security

The Bundl website is professionally hosted and operates in a secure environment, allowing us to keep your Personal Information safe against any unlawful use or access. However, you need to be aware that transmitting information over the internet always carries inherent risks.
